Meralco goes up every year.
Your roof doesn't.

We size, install and register grid-tied solar in Cavite and across Luzon. Most homes we fit stop paying for daytime power in the first month.

Basis — Meralco average of ₱12.00/kWh for homes and ₱10.00/kWh for business, 1,400 kWh per kWp per year, ₱50,000–95,000 per kWp — the per-kWp price rises on small roofs because permits, scaffolding and the smallest usable inverter are fixed costs. Tariffs assumed to rise 4% a year.

We deliberately size only to your daytime load. Surplus handed back under net metering earns ₱5.50/kWh, less than half of what you pay for it. Selling you a bigger array is good for us and not for you.

Grid-tied

Tied to the Meralco line

  • Replaces the power you use in daylight. Cheapest peso saved per peso spent.
  • Surplus goes back to Meralco under net metering and is credited on next month's bill.
  • It shuts off during a brownout. That is required by law — there may be linemen on the wire.

For brownout areas

Hybrid + battery

With storage

  • Fridge, lights, wifi and fans keep running when the grid drops.
  • Battery size follows how many hours you want, not the whole house.
  • The battery adds 2–3 years to payback. Only worth it if that matters to you.

04 How it goes

Six steps.
We file the paperwork.

  1. Roof check

We climb up and check orientation, pitch, shading and structure. No charge.

  2. Design and quote

Written and itemized — panels, inverter, racking, labour, permits.

  3. Contract and permits

We lodge the barangay and LGU permits.

  4. Installation

Two to four days for a house. Daily progress photos either way.

  5. Net metering

Meralco approval usually takes 2–4 months. Self-consumption works from day one anyway.

  6. Monitoring and O&M

Production on your phone. Cleaning once or twice a year, ten-year inverter warranty.

05 Questions

Will I have power during a brownout?

Not on a grid-tied system. It is required to shut down — there may be linemen working on the wire. If you want power through an outage you need the hybrid with a battery.

Can my roof take the weight?

About 15 kg per square metre including racking. A sound roof handles it. We check older trusses at the site visit and price any reinforcement into the quote up front.

What about typhoons?

Anchoring is designed to 250 km/h. It is the mounting and the roof fixing that matter more than the panel itself, and that is not where we save money.

How long does net metering approval take?

Typically two to four months with Meralco. We file it. Savings start on day one regardless, because daytime power is replaced immediately.

Can I be served in Korean?

Yes. Quotes and contracts are issued in Korean. The install crew is local; the explanation and the documents are in Korean.
